For the past few days, we have experienced a problem on the server processing Premium upgrades. This problem has been resolved. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. We are working to manually process the upgrades. Please contact us if your Premium upgrade is not working after purchasing so we can quickly resolve this issue. For those effected by this problem, we will grant an extra 7 days of Premium usage for free.
